Zcash Solo Mining Setup Checklist
A first-run checklist for pointing an Equihash miner at this solo pool.
Steps
- Use a transparent Zcash address you control (t1, t3, or tex1). Back the wallet up before you start.
- Set the miner URL to stratum+tcp://zec.mysolopool.com:3330. Keep port 3331 only for NiceHash or other fixed-difficulty rentals.
- Username is the address, a dot, and a worker name. Example: t1WZvQQ9kM8phRNVay4V1H2Mw5dc7tz2xQ7.minerZ15. Password is x.
- Start the miner, then search that address on the homepage. Shares and workers should show up within a minute.
