Solo Pool Failover
Keep hashing if the primary stratum port stops answering.
Steps
- Primary endpoint is stratum+tcp://zec.mysolopool.com:3330. Test a second pool in the miner config before you need it.
- Fail over with the same transparent address so the dashboard history stays on one payout identity.
- After a reconnect, live speed can spike for a few seconds while queued shares land. Wait for it to settle before calling it a hardware fault.
- Write down the recovery order: primary port, password x, then the backup pool. Do not invent it during an outage.
